Florida DFS mediations
Paste in the DFS assignment and Caucus takes it from there. It knows your real availability, contacts the insurer, cascades the workable times to the insured, runs another round when it has to, and books the conference when a time holds.

Pre-suit, court-ordered, or agreed between the parties — scheduling should not become someone’s part-time job. Instead of sending counsel to a generic calendar and leaving their staff to coordinate everyone else, give them one place to start.

Caucus works with the calendar you already keep, so it knows the difference between an open mediation slot and a time you are simply unavailable. Vacations, doctor’s appointments, hearings, existing mediations — Caucus does not need to know what they are. It just knows you are busy.
Then it applies the rules you set for your practice: lead time, buffers, holidays, daily limits, conference length, and the deadline the case is under.

No password, no app, no portal to explain over the phone. A secure link in an email is the entire experience for everyone but you.
One message per recipient
Opposing sides are never on the same email, so there is no giant chain waiting for an unfortunate reply-all.
It knows the deadline
A DFS conference must be held within a set window. Caucus will not offer a date the program forbids, so the calendar cannot quietly produce a late conference.
